The possibilities for payment are Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay via bank, please contact email@example.com If you transfer via bank, you will not be covered by the rules of chargebacks. Once payment has been made, the amount will be reserved on your bank account. Only when we dispatch the package to the delivery address, the amount will be deducted from your bank account.
Atlantik ApS will use DAO for delivery. If the order will fit the size of 33x23x6 the package will be delivered directly to the address. If the order is bigger than the before mentioned sizes the order will be sent to the nearest DAO package handler. The price for delivery will be 39 DKK regardless of the size. If the order will exceed the price of 500 DKK, the delivery charges will be covered by Atlantik ApS.
If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you; a) receive your product b) receives the last goods, if the ordered is delivered separately c) get the last lot or the last part of a good, when the good is consisting of multiple lots or pieces d) get the first good in physical possession when it comes to contracts for regular delivery of goods during a defined period.
You must, within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by mail at Support@Atlantik.one. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return. You will find it enclosed your purchase order / trade and at the bottom of this document / here. You cannot return the goods by simply rejecting it without giving us clear communication on this on Support@Atlantik.one
You need to send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When you return an item, you are responsible for those goods are packed safely. You bear the risk from the time of delivery of the goods. The cost for the return is expected no more than 50 DKK.
The condition of the goods when you send it back.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested further than what is described above, we consider it as used, which means, that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.
Refund of the purchase amount.
If you regret your purchase, you get of course the amount you have paid us back. In case of an impairment, which you are liable to, it will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will return the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied us with evidence of having sent back the goods. You can also refund the goods by giving clear message and deliver it in person at the above addres by prior agreement.
What should I send back? You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out our form / standard withdrawal form. Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD (Cash on delivery)
If there is something wrong with the product (guarantee)
When you shop at Www.Atlantik.one you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you get either the item repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.
How soon should I advertise? You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after you have discovered the defect, the claim is always timely.
We will refund reasonable freight costs. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must be sent to: Esbern Snarevej 6, 9850 Hirtshals.
When sending items to us we need the following information; please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Please use our RMA form here. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework, and minimizes processing time for complaints. Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD or the like. Remember that the product always should be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
For you to enter an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, Address, Phone, E- mail and address. We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Atlantik ApS and kept for five years, after which the data are deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The employees of Atlantik ApS have access to the information recorded about you. The controller on Www.Atlantik.one is the webshop manager. We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted. Information provided to Www.Atlantik.one are not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties and we will not record any sensitive personal information.
As registered with Atlantik ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. The Act of Privacy secures these rights and all inquiries must be directed to Atlantik ApS via e-mail Support@Atlantik.one
If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact the webshop manager at Support@Atlantik.one. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, if the conditions are fulfilled.
